| I’d like to take a moment to thank you, Glen, Dale & your entire staff at Casten Body Shop for the courtesy and kindness that was extended to myself, my family and to friends that we’ve recommended over the past couple of years. Thank you for not only meeting but far exceeding, our expectations. As you know, someone vandalized my daughter’s car at a high school game. There was a lot of damage done to the car and she was just sick about it. I’d like to thank you, not only for the exceptional work that you did on the car but for your kindness & understanding of the overall situation and your professionalism of taking a very difficult situation and making it bearable. Your friendship is very much appreciated and a true testament to your success! I don’t know much about body work or painting, but the car is a yellow Volkswagen and I can imagine that’s probably not an easy color to match. The car is only a couple of years old and I’m sure from your perspective that the paint match is critical with color to color “blending.” Dale stayed in touch with us through the entire process and worked everything out with the insurance company. I’m sure there was probably some aggravation that he had to deal with - but from a customer’s perspective we never saw or experienced any of it. THAT’S HUGE! I told my wife, I think the car actually looks better now than it did before there was any damage, it looks GREAT and your attention to detail has won us over as “customers for life.” Chris, a big heartfelt thanks, goes out to you, Glen and your entire staff.
